APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Ms Nolitha Fakude will join the
Board as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 15 November
2017.

Ms Fakude will also serve as a member of the JSE’s Group Human
Resources Committee and of the Group Social & Ethics Committee
as from that date.

Ms Fakude is a former executive director of Sasol Limited, where
she had executive responsibility for the Group’s sustainability
portfolio (including human resources, strategy, risk and SHE).
Prior to joining Sasol, Ms Fakude was a member of the group
executive committee at Nedbank Group Limited.

Ms Fakude is currently a non-executive director of Anglo
American plc and of Afrox Limited, and is the deputy chairman of
SAA.

She serves as a council member of the Human Resources
Development Council of South Africa, and is chairman of the
BMF’s Council of Elders.

The Board welcomes Ms Fakude and looks forward to her
contribution.
