share-based incentive plan:          The trades relate to an offer of Naspers N ordinary share
                                     options made and accepted on 12 March 2008 in the MIH
                                     Holdings Share Trust (the Trust). The options vested in
                                     vested on 12 March 2012 (5 618 share options) and on 12
                                     March 2013 (23 811 share options). In terms of the rules of
                                     the Trust the exercise of options and delivery of shares
                                     acquired may not be taken later than the tenth anniversary
                                     of the offer date.

                                     On 13 February 2018 a total of 14 429 Naspers N ordinary
                                     shares were sold and 15 000 Naspers N ordinary shares will
                                     be delivered to Mr Volkwyn upon payment of the amount
                                     of R4 024 806,77 (being the listed market value on the date
                                     of the offer for both the 14 429 and 15 000 share options)
                                     from the proceeds of the sale of the 14 429 Naspers N
                                     ordinary shares, to settle the amount due to the MIH
                                     Holdings Share Trust.
