DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

MC Mining Limited ("MC Mining" or "the Company") announces the resignation
of Mr Rudolph Torlage, a Non-Executive Director. Mr Torlage was ArcelorMittal
SA Limited’s (“AMSA”) shareholder nominee Non-Executive Director and further
to his resignation from AMSA, has resigned from the Company’s Board with
immediate effect. The Company is grateful for his contributions and wishes
him well in his future endeavours.

The Company will lodge Mr Torlage’s Appendix 3Z “Director’s Final Interest
Notice” under separate cover.
