Further to the Company’s integrated annual report 2017 (“IAR”) issued on 28 March 2018, shareholders are
hereby advised that ordinary resolution number 4 on the form of proxy dealing with the requisite non-binding
advisory endorsement of shareholders has been amended so as to comprise of two separate resolutions, namely,
Resolutions Numbers 4.1 and 4.2 .
