Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders of
the Company will be held at 10h00 on Thursday, 12 July 2018 in the boardroom at Unit
32, Waterford Office Park, Waterford Drive, Fourways, Sandton to transact the business
as stated in the notice of annual general meeting forming part of the integrated
annual report. Shareholders are advised that the Annual Report was posted to
shareholders on Tuesday, 29 May 2018.
Record Dates
The board of directors of the Company has determined that the record date for the
purpose of determining which shareholders of the Company are entitled to receive
notice of this annual general meeting is Friday, 25 May 2018 and the record date for
purposes of determining which shareholders of the Company are entitled to
participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 6 July 2018.
Accordingly, only shareholders who are registered in the register of members of the
Company on Friday, 6 July 2018 will be entitled to participate in and vote at the
annual general meeting and thus the last day to trade in order to be reflected on the
register of members is Tuesday, 3 July 2018.
Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act – Annual Compliance Report
Shareholders are hereby notified that in accordance with paragraph 16.20 (g) and
Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company’s Annual
Compliance Report, in terms of section 13G(2) of the Act, has been published and is
available on the Company’s website, www.adrennapropertygroup.co.za
