NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s 2018 Integrated Report, containing the annual
financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2018, was distributed to shareholders
today and contains no modifications to the audited results which were published on 7 May
2018. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited the annual financial statements of the Company
and their report is available for inspection at the registered offices of the Company.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders will be held
at 10h00 on Friday 27 July 2018 at The Firs, 302 3rd Floor, corner Craddock and Biermann
Road, Rosebank, 2196, to transact the business as stated in the notice of annual general
meeting, forming part of the Integrated Report.
The record date for the purpose of determining which shareholders of the Company are
entitled to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 20 July 2018.
Accordingly, the last date to trade for shareholders to be entitled to attend, speak and vote at
the annual general meeting is Tuesday, 17 July 2018.
The 2018 Integrated Report has been published and is available on the Company’s website,
www.raubex.com
