Announcement regarding changes to the board of directors of RH Bophelo
Further to the acquisition of African Healthcare Proprietary Limited (AHC), and the successful integration
of the management team, Mr Peter Mehlape has requested to continue to serve RH Bophelo in a Non-
Executive capacity. The Board has reviewed Mr Mehlape’s request, and has agreed to his transition to a
Non-Executive director role as well as the continued support of Mr Mehlape on the Board.
Mr Mehlape has served as the Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) since the company’s inception and has
made an invaluable contribution to the group. Mr Mehlape’s appointment as non-executive director will be
effective from 01 August 2018.
Commenting on Mr Mehlape’s transition, the Chairman of the Board, Mr Oliphant said: “…Peter comes with
the requisite experience and impeccable credentials that we believe will continue to add value to RH
Bophelo and support the Group’s growth initiatives.…”
