CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are advised that independent non-executive director, Stephen Goldberg, has resigned from the board of
directors of Ellies ("Board") with immediate effect, due to increased demands on his time.

The Board would like to thank Stephen for his significant contribution to the company and wishes him all the best for his
future endeavours.

An announcement regarding the appointment of new independent non-executive directors will be released in due course.
