Shareholders are referred to previous communication with regard to the appointment of Mr
Tim Jacobs as acting Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of Altron. The recruitment process of
identifying a permanent CFO remains ongoing. As a result, Mr Jacobs will remain in his role
until 28 February 2019.
