Subject: Change of the rights attached to the bonds issued by the Issuer

With reference to current report No. 14/2014 dated 11 March 2014 and current report No. 3/2018 dated
12 March 2018, the management board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Issuer” or the “Company”)
announces that 20,000 bearer, unsecured bonds issued in 2014 in uncertified form, ISIN
PLGTC0000177, with a nominal value of PLN 10,000 each and with a total nominal value of PLN
200,000,000 (the “Bonds”) were subject to partial redemption in 1/3 of their nominal value on 10
September 2018, in accordance with and on the basis of the terms and conditions of the Bonds.


Following the partial redemption, the interest amount on the Bonds will be calculated taking into account
the nominal value of each Bond, as decreased by the redemption amount to PLN 3,333.34. The Bonds
will be subject to further partial redemption in 1/3 of their original nominal value on 11 March 2019 (date
of full redemption).


Legal basis: § 5 point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and
periodic disclosures by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent the
information that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
