Accordingly, shareholders are advised that Andulela expects that its loss and diluted loss per share for the six months ended 30 June 2018 will be between 9.59 and 11.50 cents per share, compared to the loss and diluted loss of 297.28 cents per share for the six months ended 30 June 2017, which included an impairment of goodwill of R300 million in respect of that period. The headline loss and diluted headline loss per share are not expected to differ by more than 20% from the headline and diluted headline loss per share reported for the same period in 2017. The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the company’s auditors.
