SECTION 122 NOTIFICATION


In accordance with Section 122 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended, we hereby
advise shareholders that the Company was informed on 14 September 2018, that Investec
Limited acquired Exxaro shares and their holding in the Company therefore now equates to
5.0121 per cent of the total issued ordinary shares in the Company.
