NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR


In June 2017, the Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors published a rule on mandatory audit firm rotation for
auditors of public interest entities, whereby audit firms shall not serve as the appointed auditor of a public 
interest entity for more than 10 consecutive years.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised that, due to the Board’s decision to early adopt mandatory audit firm rotation, 
the external audit services provided by Deloitte & Touché have been terminated by mutual agreement with effect from
30 November 2018.

Resilient will commence with a formal tender process to appoint a firm of auditors to replace Deloitte & Touché and a
further announcement will be published once the tender process is finalised.

The Board thanks Deloitte & Touché for their services over the past nine years.
