Amendment to Voluntary Update

Remuneration Policy Implementation Report: Long term Incentive Targets

Shareholders are referred to the announcement, published on the JSE news
service SENS on 16 October 2018, providing information on the targets
applicable to the performance share awards made by Truworths during the
2018 financial period.

Unfortunately the announcement contained a typographical error relating to
the weightings of the respective metrics applicable to the August 2017 award.

The correct information is as follows:
