RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on Thursday, 18 October 2018 (in terms
of the notice dispatched on 30 August 2018) all of the resolutions tabled thereat were passed by the requisite majority of
Hospitality shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting were as follows:

    - total number of Hospitality shares in issue as at the date of the annual general meeting: 575 776 951
    - total number of Hospitality shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting: 548 305 663 being
