Shareholders are advised that ELB has commenced a strategic review of the Company, its operations
and capital structure, with a view to positioning it to ensure the sustainability of operational
performance and working capital requirements.

At this stage, it is uncertain whether and the extent to which any decisions taken pursuant to this
review may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities
until a further announcement is made.
