TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 (the “Companies Act”), regulation 121(2)(b)
of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Rebosis has received the following notifications:

  i.    From Investec Limited (“Investec”), of the acquisition by Investec of Rebosis ordinary shares (“REB Shares”),
        such that Investec now holds 5.067% of REB Shares in issue.

  ii.   From Investec Asset Management Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“Investec Asset Management”), on behalf of segregated
        clients, of the acquisition by Investec Asset Management of REB Shares, such that Investec Asset Management
        now holds 5.049% of REB Shares in issue.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Rebosis has filed the required notice with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
