APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (“DEPUTY CEO”)

Shareholers are advised that Mr Patrick Sacco, the Group Marketing Director, has been
appointed as Deputy CEO of Assore, with effect from 1 January 2019.

In addition to his current responsibilities as Group Marketing Director, Mr Patrick Sacco will assist
Charles Walters, the Chief Executive Officer of Assore, with the strategic development of the
Assore Group.
