PARTIAL DELISTING OF NEWGOLD DEBENTURES


NewGold has, from commencement of business today, de-listed 800,000 NewGold Debentures
following the redemption of approximately 7,560.806 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.


After the de-listing, there will be 63,477,939 NewGold Debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 599,930.511 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
