intu properties plc (“intu”) announces that Rakhi Goss-Custard, non-executive Director, has
indicated her intention to not seek re-election at the company’s forthcoming annual general
meeting to be held on 3 May 2019, having completed a 3 year term of office.

A search for a new NED to replace Rakhi is well underway and intu expects to announce an
appointment prior to the annual general meeting.
