RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement and update announcement, as published on 24 October 2024 and
1 November 2024, respectively, regarding the proposed acquisition by Vukile's 99.5% held subsidiary, Castellana
Properties SOCIMI, S.A., of Bonaire Shopping Centre (the "Property") from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield ("URW"),
which has been delayed due to the torrential flash flooding that occurred across Spain.

Vukile continues to assess the Property for any impact caused by the flooding before determining the way forward and the
best course of action. The exclusivity agreement between URW and Castellana for the acquisition remains in place until
the end of January 2025.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until
further announcements are made.
