INCORRECT DISCLOSURE OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 3 June 2026, relating to the acquisition of Octodec
ordinary shares by Old Mutual Limited ("Old Mutual"), such that Old Mutual's total interest in the ordinary shares of
Octodec amounted to 5.21%, of Octodec issued shares, pursuant to a notification received from Old Mutual in terms of
section 122(1) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008, as amended (the "Companies Act").

Old Mutual has subsequently informed Octodec that there has been no change to Old Mutual's interest in Octodec, and
that the notification was issued in error due to an incorrect shareholdings file they received, which caused Old Mutual's
automated system to indicate that ownership in Octodec increased above the 5% threshold.

Accordingly, no notice in terms of section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act or paragraph 6.54 of the JSE Listings
Requirements was required. Octodec has duly informed the Takeover Regulation Panel ("TRP") and this matter is under
the TRP's formal consideration. Old Mutual has confirmed that, as at 5 June 2026, it continues to hold a 0.02% interest
in Octodec.
