Changes to the Board of Directors

Pursuant to paragraph 6.42 of the JSE DSS Requirements, EasyETFs AMETF unit holders are advised that Mr.
David Oberholzer CFA has been appointed as the Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Oberholzer will replace
Mr. Deresh Lawangee.

Both the resignation of Mr. Lawangee and the appointment of Mr. Oberholzer were approved by the Financial
Sector Conduct Authority and became effective on 27 March 2026.

Mr. Oberholzer has over 9 years of experience in collective investment schemes, portfolio management and risk
management. He currently serves as Business Manager of EasyETFs (RF) (Pty) Ltd, a registered CIS Manager,
where he is responsible for operational oversight, governance, regulatory compliance and product development.

He has experience working with boards, regulators, trustees, administrators and executive management teams
across a broad range of investment management and financial services activities.
