Withdrawal of cautionary announcement dated 7 July 2015 Wilderness Holdings Limited (Registration number 2004/2986) (Registered as an external company in South Africa Registration number 2009/022894/10) ISIN: BW0000000868 Share code: WIL ("Wilderness" or "the Company") WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT DATED 7 JULY 2015 Shareholders are advised that the Cautionary Announcement issued on 7 July 2015, is hereby withdrawn. The Company received on 30 June 2015 a notice of intention to make a compulsory offer from Wine Investments Limited ("Wine"). To date, Wine has failed to provide the Board of Directors ("the Board") with reasonable information in order to enable the Board to assess the transaction that would give rise to the intended offer. Wine has further indicated that such offer is dependent on the outcome of certain conditions. Accordingly, in the Board’s view, the circumstances are therefore too vague and conditional so as to constitute a mandatory offer capable of being considered by our shareholders. The Board has therefore elected to lift the cautionary, and advises it is not in discussions with the potential offeror. Should circumstances change then the Board will re-consider this matter, and inform the shareholders accordingly. Shareholders are advised that caution is no longer required.
