FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT AND REVISED SALIENT DATES AND TIMES


1.   INTRODUCTION

The definitions and interpretations commencing on page 6 of the Circular to Shareholders dated 9
February 2017 have been used in this SENS announcement.

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 10 March 2017 confirming that
all special and ordinary resolutions proposed at both the N Shareholder Meeting and Special General
Meeting were passed by the requisite majority of votes. Shareholders are further referred to the Circular,
which should be read in its entirety for a full understanding of the Restructure.

The Board is pleased to advise that all conditions precedent to the Restructure have been fulfilled earlier
than anticipated and that the Restructure is therefore fully unconditional. Shareholders are advised that
the Restructure will now be implemented in accordance with the following revised Salient Dates and
Times.
