TRADING STATEMENT


In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange, shareholders are advised that for the six
months ended 31 August 2018:

   -   headline earnings per share is expected to be between 14,44 and 16,56
       cents per share, reflecting an increase in excess of 100% as compared
       to the headline loss per share of 35,48 cents reported for the six months
       ended 31 August 2017, and

   -   earnings per share is expected to be between 14,37 and 16,43 cents per
       share, reflecting an increase in excess of 100% as compared to the loss
       per share of 34,39 cents reported for the for the six months ended 31
       August 2017.

Shareholders are advised that the company is in the process of finalising its
results for the period concerned. It is expected that these results will be
released on SENS on or about 18 October 2018.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed and reported on by the company’s auditors.
