Change to the Board and membership of the Audit and Risk Committee

The board of directors (“the Board”) advises that Mr M Wood, an independent non-executive director of
the Company, resigned with effect from 7 December 2018.
Mr Wood had been appointed as the Company’s Lead Independent Director and has been replaced by
Ms C Mtasa in this role.

Mr Wood was a member and Chairman of the Company’s Audit and Risk Committee and, as a result of
his resignation, that committee will now comprise the following directors, subject to approval at the
Company’s next annual general meeting:

S Nyarota
G Bennett

The Board extends its appreciation to Mr Wood for his contribution to the Company.
