NO CHANGE STATEMENT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND AVAILABILITY OF BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC
EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are advised that Indluplace's integrated annual report, incorporating the audited annual
financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2018, (on which the company's auditors expressed
an unmodified audit opinion) has been dispatched to shareholders and is available with immediate effect
on the company's website, http://indluplace.co.za/5-annual-reports.php. The annual financial statements
contain no changes to the summarised consolidated audited annual financial statements for the year ended
30 September 2018, released on SENS on 14 November 2018.
The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting which will be held at 10h00 on
Tuesday, 5 February 2019 at 3rd Floor, Upper Building, 1 Sturdee Avenue, Rosebank, Johannesburg, which
notice can be downloaded at http://indluplace.co.za/5-notice-of-agm.php.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is
Tuesday, 22 January 2019 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 25 January 2019.
Shareholders are hereby notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the company's
annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment
Act 53 of 2003 read with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has
been published and is available on the company's website: http://indluplace.co.za/downloads/2018/
