Ordinary Resolution 5 was withdrawn as Mr. Ronnie Lubner sadly passed away on 27 December 2018. The Company will embark on a process of finding suitable replacements for Mr Alter and Mr Lubner. In Special Resolution 2, the fees as set out in the Notice of Meeting was incorrectly disclosed.
