CHANGE TO THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise shareholders that Mr Craig
Cunningham (“Craig”) will be taking up an alternative executive role within the Group and
hence will step down as chief financial officer (“CFO”) of the Company with effect from
1 March 2019.

Mr Damian Judge (“Damian”) has been appointed as CFO with effect from 1 March 2019.

Damian is a CA (SA) and has a number of years’ experience in the construction materials
industry.

The Board would like to thank Craig for his contribution to the Company and wish him well in
his new role and welcome Damian to the Board.
