RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Mr. Sean Liam Doyle has
resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

The Board would like to thank Mr. Doyle for his valuable contribution to the Company during
his tenure as a board member.
