CHANGES TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL
OFFICER

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
PSV ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that, through mutual agreement with the Company, Mr.
Tony Dreisenstock has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of PSV with effect from 1 February 2019. Tony
will work his six month notice period to assist the new Chief Financial Officer in taking over the role.

Furthermore, the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Schmidt as the new Chief Financial
Officer with effect from 1 February 2019. Ian is a Chartered Accountant with a BCom Hons (Accounting)
degree from the University of Johannesburg. After completing his articles at KPMG, he gained over 12
years of senior finance and operational executive experience, and spent the last 9 years within the ABInBev
Group (SABMiller prior to its acquisition in 2016) specialising in cross-border trade, supply chain and
revenue management.

The Board thanks Tony for his 14 years of dedication and contributions to PSV and wishes him well in his
future endeavours. The Board also welcomes Ian and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
