CHANGE OF LISTING STATUS ON THE SEM

As a consequence of the re-domiciliation of the Company to Jersey, the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) has
approved the following changes on 1 March 2019:-

    -   the reclassification of the registration of Atlantic Leaf’s listing on the Official Market of the SEM from Chapter
        18 to Chapter 15 of the SEM Listing Rules, i.e. rules applicable to international issuers; and

    -   the conversion of Atlantic Leaf’s primary listing on the Official Market of the SEM to a secondary listing status.


Atlantic Leaf now has a primary listing on the Main Board of the JSE Limited and a secondary listing on the Official
Market of the SEM.
