Ms Thomas is a qualified Chartered Accountant (South Africa) who is currently studying towards a Master’s Degree in Accounting. She completed her articles at Kessel Feinstein and is currently self-employed. She was previously head of Forensic, Compliance, and Governance at Protect-A -Partner International. She was also the Financial Director at Ubambo Investment Holding Ltd and was Company Secretary for two Cell C companies, namely Cellsaf and 3C Telecommunications. Ms Thomas has over 20 years of experience sitting on boards and committees in both the public and private sectors. Resignation of Director In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and in conjunction with the above appointment, the Board of the Company wishes to advise that Mr Grantley Neal Waters, has resigned as a Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 6 March 2019.
