APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised of the appointment to the board, with immediate effect, of Mr Greg Labuschagne, in the
capacity of Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Labuschagne has been serving as the group’s Acting Chief Financial Officer and Financial Director,
as advised to shareholders in the announcement published on SENS on 14 November 2018.

Mr Labuschagne is a qualified South African Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) since 2006, as well
as a qualified Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) since 2013. Mr Labuschagne
obtained his B.Com (Accounting) Honours from the University of Pretoria and performed
his articles at KPMG.

Mr Labuschagne previously served as Financial Director and Chief Financial Officer at Finbond
Group Limited, responsible for group-wide finance and statutory functions between
2009 and 2011 and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Finbond Group
International during July 2018. Prior to rejoining Finbond Group Limited, Mr Labuschagne
served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Conservative Party of Canada.
