DIRECTOR RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD OF THE COMPANY

Limited, shareholders are hereby informed that Mr. Fugui Qiao has resigned from
the board of the company with effect from 19 March 2019. The board would like to
thank Mr. Qiao for his valuable contribution on the board and wishes him well in
