The board of directors of Grit Real Estate Income Group Limited (the “Board”), a leading pan-African real estate
company focused on investing in and actively managing a diversified portfolio of assets underpinned by predominantly
US$ and Euro denominated long-term leases with high quality multi-national tenants, hereby informs its shareholders
that several South African, Mauritian and international investors and analysts will be visiting the Company’s assets in
Mauritius today.

During the visit, a presentation will be made available to delegates regarding the property portfolio, as well as on the
economic dynamics and risk profile of the country and region.
