CHANGES TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL
OFFICER

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
PSV ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Ian Schmidt has resigned as Chief Financial
Officer of PSV with effect from 31 March 2019.

The Board thanks Ian for his contribution to PSV and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Furthermore the Board is pleased to announce that Mr Roger Pitt, currently an independent non-executive
director of the Board and the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee, has been appointed as the new
Chief Financial Officer with effect from 31 March 2019.

Roger is a chartered accountant, with B.Com (Hons)(Accounting) degree from the University of
Johannesburg. After completing his articles, Roger moved into corporate finance where he gained broad
experience in the full scope of corporate actions. Thereafter, Roger acquired and ran an import and
distribution business within the baby industry while continuing to serve as an independent non-executive
director of various listed and private companies.

The Board welcomes Roger into his new role within PSV and looks forward to his continued contribution.
