CHANGE IN THE NATURE OF A DIRECTOR'S ASSOCIATE'S HOLDINGS OF THE COMPANY'S SECURITIES


Shareholders are advised that on 25 March 2019, K2014070733 Proprietary Limited ("K2014070733") transferred 4 145 453
Lighthouse ordinary shares to Grace Investments 195 Proprietary Limited ("Grace Investments") at a forward price of R9.05
per share (for a total value of R37 516 349.65). Both K2014070733 and Grace Investments are associates of Barry Stuhler, 
a director of Lighthouse, in that Barry is a beneficiary of the Centre Road Trust (which owns 100% of K2014070733) and of 
the Fletcher Road Trust (which owns 100% of Grace Investments). After these transactions, there is no change in the indirect
beneficial interests of Barry's interest in Lighthouse shares. The transaction was conducted off-market and clearance to deal 
is not applicable.

The company has a primary listing on both the Official Market of the SEM and the Main Board of the JSE.
