APPOINTMENT OF JSE ACCREDITED AUDITORS


3 April 2019

Shareholders are advised that Deloitte & Touche South Africa, together with Leon Taljaard as the designated
audit partner have been appointed as the Company's JSE accredited auditors with effect from 3 April 2019.
Deloitte LLP together with John Clacy as the designated audit partner will remain on as Stenprop's statutory
auditors, but have elected not to renew their JSE auditor accreditation.
