Following a comprehensive review conducted by AQRate, an independent B-BBEE
verification agency, Sasfin is pleased to advise shareholders that Sasfin Holdings Limited
(including its wholly owned subsidiaries other than Sasfin Asset Managers) has retained its
position as a Level 4 contributor.
Sasfin Asset Managers (Pty) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sasfin Wealth, achieved an
overall rating of Level 1.
