CHANGE TO THE BOARD: NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
shareholders are hereby informed of the appointment of Mr. Khathutshelo Mapasa (“K2”) as
an independent non-executive director with effect from 10 April 2019.

K2 will become a member of the audit and risk committee, remuneration committee as well as
the nomination committee.
