CFO interim appointment

intu, the largest owner and manager of prime shopping centres in the UK, announces that Barbara
Gibbes will become interim chief financial officer with effect from 29 April 2019. The interim role will
not be a board position.

Barbara, a qualified chartered accountant, joined intu as director of finance in January 2017 from
Domino’s Pizza Group Plc where she was group financial controller. Previously she held other senior
finance roles and was a director at Deloitte.

The process to recruit a permanent CFO has commenced and will include internal and external
candidates. Hugh Ford, general counsel and group treasurer, will continue to report to Matthew
Roberts, chief executive designate, on all financing and treasury matters.
