NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL REPORT


Capital & Regional today announces that its 2019 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on
Thursday, 16 May 2019 at 10.00 am (British Summer Time) / 11.00am (South African Time) at etc.venues
Victoria, 1 Drummond Gate, London, SW1V 2QQ. The record date to be entitled to attend and vote at the
AGM will be 6.30 pm (British Summer Time) for shareholders on the UK register and 7.00 pm (South African
Time) for shareholders on the South African register on Tuesday, 14 May 2019.

In connection with this, the Notice of AGM and the 2018 Annual Report and Accounts are being posted and/or
made available to shareholders today. Copies of the documents will shortly be available in the Investor 
Info section of the Capital & Regional website at capreg.com and from the National Storage Mechanism at:
www.morningstar.co.uk/UK/NSM.
