CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Mr P.J.R. Driessen has notified the board of directors of EPP ("the Board") that
he will not stand for re-election as a member of the Board at EPP's next annual general meeting to be held on
11 June 2019 ("the annual general meeting"). Accordingly, Mr Driessen will retire as a director at the
conclusion of the annual general meeting.
