In terms of the Pricing Supplement read with the Common Terms Document
and relevant Conditions Annexure, the listing of TOPSKX lapsed
automatically when the FTSE / JSE Top 40 Index ("the
Index") was greater than or equal to the Knockout Level of 53,000 index
points. The Index was greater than or equal to this Knockout Level of
53,000 index points on 23rd April 2019.

Warrant holders are accordingly no longer able to trade the above
Knockout Warrants.
