Further to Brimstone's reviewed preliminary condensed consolidated results for the year ended
31 December 2018, published on 11 March 2019 (“Reviewed Results”), the integrated report for
the year ended 31 December 2018 and notice of annual general meeting was dispatched to
shareholders on 25 April 2019. The integrated report contains no material modifications to the
Reviewed Results.

The integrated report is also available on the Company’s website

Annual general meeting

The annual general meeting of Brimstone shareholders will be held at 19:00 on Wednesday, 12
June 2019 at the Presentation Room, Ground Floor, West Campus Building, Old Mutual, Jan
Smuts Drive, Pinelands, Cape Town to transact the business as stated in the notice of annual
general meeting forming part of the integrated report.

The record date in terms of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, for shareholders to be recorded
on the securities register of the Company in order to be able to attend, participate and vote at
the annual general meeting is Friday, 7 June 2019.

Annual compliance report

Shareholders are advised that the Company’s annual compliance report in terms of section
13G(2) of the Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act, No 46 of 2013, is
available on the Company’s website (http://www.brimstone.co.za/Page.aspx?ID=91).
