NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report
for the year ended 28 February 2019 is available on the
Company’s website at www.cmh.co.za and is due to be posted
to shareholders on 2 May 2019. The integrated annual report
contains no modifications to the preliminary results which
were published on 23 April 2019.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of
the Company will be held at 1 Wilton Crescent, Umhlanga
Ridge on Thursday, 30 May 2019, at 15h00, to transact
business as stated in the Notice of the Annual General
Meeting, issued together with the integrated annual report.

The record date in terms of section 59(1)(a) of the Act for
shareholders to be recorded on the securities register of
the Company in order to receive notice of the annual
general meeting is Friday, 26 April 2019. The last day to
trade in order to be eligible to vote is Tuesday, 21 May
2019. The record date in terms of section 59(1)(b) of the
Act for shareholders to participate in and vote at the
annual general meeting is Friday, 24 May 2019.
