Steinhoff International Holdings N.V. (the “Company” and with its subsidiaries the “Group”)
The Company has today published its audited annual results for the year ended 30 September
2017, which are available on the Company’s website http://steinhoffinternational.com/
The 2018 annual result process is progressing well, and the results are scheduled to be released
on Tuesday, 18 June 2019. The Company has, therefore, decided not to hold a press
conference or webcast, as with previous results announcements, for the 2017 results but will
schedule a combined presentation after the release of the 2018 results. The Company has also
included as much information as possible in these 2017 results in order to assist stakeholders.
Shareholders and other investors in the Company are advised to exercise caution when
dealing in the securities of the Group.
