VOLUNTARY INVESTOR UPDATE – AFFIRMATION OF PREVIOUS GUIDANCE
On Friday, 10 May 2019 Rebosis Property Fund Limited (“Rebosis”) released an announcement advising that its board had
resolved not to declare an interim dividend for the period ended 28 February 2019 but that a dividend would be declared for
the full year ending 31 August 2019 and that the full year dividend is expected to be between 24 to 22 cents per Rebosis B
share. Arrowhead has an approximately 17.9% interest in Rebosis through a holding of Rebosis B shares.
Shareholders are referred to Arrowhead’s Updated Guidance and Trading Statement announcement released on 6 May 2019.
Arrowhead reaffirms the guidance given in that announcement that its dividend per share for the year ending
30 September 2019 will be approximately 56 cents per share (excluding any contribution from Rebosis) and the dividend for
the six months ended 31 March 2019, excluding any contribution from Rebosis, will be approximately 27.8 cents per share.
Shareholders are reminded that the Company took the decision that its forecast for the year ending 30 September 2019 would
be shown excluding any contribution from its holding of Rebosis B shares, and that shareholders were to make their own
assumptions as to the dividend that would be declared by Rebosis given the risks and uncertainty around Rebosis.
The information on which this update has been based has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company’s auditors.
Arrowhead’s results for the six months ended 31 March 2019 will be announced on SENS on 29 May 2019.
